Gregarius - A Free, Web-based Feed Aggregator - web-based, so you can read your feeds anywhere. Install it on your own server. Reads RSS/RDF/Atom. Features AJAX powered item tagging, full-text search, opml import. Gregarius is free, open-source and has some useful plugins for added functionality and themes to change the look.

I'm going to give it a try. I'm a longtime Bloglines user but have been looking for a full-featured solution I can host myself.
