Meet Sandy, your free email assistant at iwantsandy, a new service from the makers of stikkit.

"We're throwing out the well-worn assumptions about how applications are supposed to work, and are instead paying attention to the clever ways in which people have adapted software to fit their needs. These workarounds usually contain the seeds of a better solution."

In a nutshell, iwantsandy will work by adding a "Cc. to Sandy" to any emails you want to use as reminders or to track information or contacts and turns them in to actual to-do lists, an up-to-date address book or an appointment calendar.

iwantsandy is free and is now accepting sign-ups for an April roll-out.
