Website CSS How To has a really nice tutorial showing how to take a PSD file and covert it into a CSS based HTML page. This is the first in a series of tutorials which will build a fully working css/xhtml site. All of the code, templates and files are available for download so you can follow along directly. Even the final template, which is for a photography site, is available under a Creative Commons License.
