It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is only a week away! I will be hosting the family dinner again this year and as usual, I’m on the look-out for something new and different to serve. That said, certain things are expected – roast turkey, bread stuffing, cranberry sauce, my Mom’s mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie.
So the best place for me to inject “new and different” is in things like vegetables, side dishes, starters and desserts.
Over the next week or so, I’ll be rounding up some ideas, so I thought I’d share them here. For the first post, I’ve collected some great ideas for Thanksgiving vegetable side dish recipes.
Update: Check out my round-up of some great Thanksgiving Soups, as well!
